At Speedtech, we stand behind the quality of our radios and accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns – 30 Days

You may return products within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Note: For health and safety reasons, earplugs cannot be returned.

Please do not send any items directly back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

In some instances, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Products not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to Speedtech error)
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a set number of days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company – processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank – refunds may take several business days to clear.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced products are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
To arrange an exchange, email us at alan@speedtech.co.nz and return your product to: SpeedTech, 120 Comries Rd, Hamilton.

Shipping Returns

Please return items to: Speedtech C/o Logical Solutions, 120 Comries Rd, Hamilton 3210.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable courier service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
